Raw foods were improperly stored above ready-to-eat items, risking contamination. A can of paint was found above food surfaces but was removed during inspection. Some refrigerators lacked proper thermometers. The roof leaks, and interior surfaces like walls, floors, and shelves are damaged, worn, or not easily cleanable. The inspector noted that there was no soap at the kitchen handwashing sink, which is required for proper hygiene. This issue was fixed immediately during the inspection by adding soap to the sink.
