Roadwork is affecting traffic near you

  • Long-term projects: Columbia Street at East 17th Avenue is closed for construction work on stormwater, wastewater, and electrical utilities. Traffic is being detoured to Agate Street and Moss Street to reach East 19th Avenue. Pedestrians can use the north side of East 17th Avenue, but mid-block access on Columbia Street is closed on both sides. Bicyclists should use Agate Street or Moss Street. Large trucks and equipment are in the area during construction. Construction is happening on Franklin Boulevard from Moss Street to East 11th Avenue to repair the EMX bus lanes. There are temporary lane shifts and closures in both directions. Drivers should expect construction workers, large trucks, and equipment in the area.
