Property development

  • Police arrested someone for assault near Bailey Hill Road and West 11th Avenue in Eugene at 11 a.m. on March 31.
     
  • A hit and run was reported near Beltline and Roosevelt Blvd. in Eugene at 1 p.m. on March 31.
     
  • A family dispute was reported near 3184 Duke Snider Ave., Eugene at 10 p.m. on March 31. Police took a report about the incident.
     
  • A dispute was reported near 670 Throne Dr, Eugene at 10 p.m. on March 31.
     

Roadwork is affecting traffic near you

  • Long-term projects: – Construction is underway in West Eugene to add new lighting and a walking path. There is no impact on traffic. – Starting January 28, Lane County is installing signs and guardrails on Crow Road between mileposts 1.38 and 8.13. Flaggers are controlling traffic from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. The work is expected to finish by June 30. – Paving work is happening on Grant Street, Hayes Street, Pierce Street, and West 22nd Avenue. The impact on traffic is expected to be low.
