Property development

  • A zoning application has been filed for the properties at 1008 Legacy St. and 5786 Durst Rd, as well as the intersection of Royal Ave. and Bainbridge Rd. The proposed project seeks a minor adjustment to the local code to allow a change to the standard 42-inch fence height at these specified addresses. Roadwork is affecting traffic near you

  • Long-term projects: – Lane County is installing signs and guardrails on Crow Road between mileposts 1.38 and 8.13. Work happens Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and is expected to finish by June 30. Flaggers will direct traffic. – Paving work is happening on Grant Street, Hayes Street, Pierce Street, and West 22nd Avenue. Traffic impact is expected to be low. – Construction at Maxwell Road and Prairie Road, and east along Maxwell Road to the overpass bridge, is underway. Eastbound Maxwell Road is closed at Prairie Road. New sidewalks and a railroad crossing are being built. – Sidewalk repairs are taking place at 1680 Chambers Street and 17th Avenue. Traffic impact is expected to be low.
