  • A theft from a vehicle was reported near 2374 Onyx St., Eugene at 8 a.m. on July 5.
     
  • A robbery was reported near E 11th Ave. and Ferry St. in Eugene at 1 a.m. on July 5.
     
  • A dispute was reported near 1668 Ferry St., Eugene on July 4 at 8 p.m.

Roadwork is affecting traffic near you

  • Long-term projects: – Construction is happening near 18th and Hilyard Street this week. Expect delays and possible lane reductions to a single lane. – Construction at University Street and East 23rd Avenue is ongoing this week, but activity is light as the project is almost finished. All nearby streets are open, but watch for workers and equipment near the park entrance at East 23rd Avenue and Potter Street. Pedestrians should use the north side of East 23rd Avenue. – From today through Friday, construction at Columbia Street and East 17th Avenue will cause moderate traffic impacts. Parts of East 17th Avenue, Columbia Street, and Columbia Alley will be affected, with vehicle and pedestrian detours in place. Bike lanes on Agate Street and Moss Street will be closed and merged with traffic lanes. Watch for large trucks and equipment in the area.
