A 31-year-old Junction City man who earlier pleaded guilty to possessing child sex abuse materials was sentenced to 41 months in federal prison Wednesday, June 3.
Trevor Alan Slocum-Lammers admitted to having a cloud-based storage account tied to his phone that in 2023 “passively uploaded various files, including three videos, constituting child pornography,” according to court documents.
He was indicted on one count of possessing child sexual abuse material in September 2024 and pleaded guilty Oct. 9, 2025, in U.S. District Court in Eugene.
In a sentencing memorandum, prosecutors stated Slocum-Lammers “operated a Verizon Synchronoss account that generated an alert for child sex abuse material (‘CSAM’).”
Investigators received a “CyberTip” from Synchronoss, then executed a search warrant in July 2024, according to court documents.
“The investigation took agents to Mr. Slocum-Lammers’ home and a traffic stop of his vehicle” after the search warrant uncovered “unknown images of nude minors” along with the child sex abuse material.
But investigators concluded the nude images were family photos, just on the same account that uploaded the child sexual abuse material. They conducted “child forensic interviews” and found “no disclosures of sexual abuse,” prosecutors said.
“When the dust settled, there was one clear instance in which Mr. Slocum-Lammers had possessed CSAM,” according to the sentencing memo from prosecutors.
The memo cited Slocum-Lammers’ behavior on pretrial release, which included a positive test for methamphetamine and a community member’s report that he “took a minor to a trampoline park and had contact with minors while there,” as reasons for a 41-month sentence.
