I recently contacted Sean VanGordon with some questions about his plans should he be elected as our Lane County commissioner, and I was impressed by his quick response. Within 45 minutes, he addressed all of my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly.

One key thing I learned was that Sean has not been affiliated with any political party since 2016, which speaks to his commitment to working for all of us, not just one political group. One of his top priorities is to collaborate with fellow commissioners to tackle the important issues facing our county, including the urgent need to repair our aging infrastructure. This focus on results is especially refreshing when compared to the current Springfield commissioner, who often seems more focused on complaints than on making progress.

I encourage you to research Sean’s background, his qualifications and his goals. I believe that after learning more, you’ll agree that he is the right choice to represent Springfield and serve as our county commissioner.
