Are you already dreaming of summer days spent along the Long Tom River near Veneta, waiting to join the scrum of revelers, parades and hippies fleeing to the woods this July?

You’re in luck. Early bird tickets for the 57th annual Oregon Country Fair will go on sale at 12:01 a.m. Friday, Feb. 6, online through Afton Tickets. This summer’s fair is set for July 10-12.

Admission is $50 for single-day attendance Friday, Saturday or Sunday, while tickets bought after June 16 are $60. Online purchase is a requirement for fair visitors; no tickets will be for sale onsite at the gates.

Children 12 years old and younger are admitted free, and people who are alter-abled or older than 65 years old can buy a ticket with a $5 discount.

Parking passes can be purchased with a ticket as well; advance parking costs $15 per vehicle per day, but will cost $20 (cash-only) in person during the actual fair.
