The Eugene Family YMCA is seeking a jury trial and $1.2 million in damages from Eugene-based Pivot Architecture and Chambers Construction Co. and Portland-based PAE Consulting Engineers, according to a lawsuit filed in Lane County Circuit Court on Jan. 2.
