Eugene City Council approves 10-year tax exemption for downtown apartment development 

The site of a planned 124-unit housing development in downtown Eugene on the north side of Fifth Avenue at the intersection of Oak Street.

The Eugene City Council agreed to a property tax exemption for a new 124-unit downtown housing development.
