Roadwork is affecting traffic near you

  • Long-term projects: Construction is happening at the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Leo Harris Parkway until July 11. The west entrance of Leo Harris Parkway is closed, but the east entrance is open for access to Autzen Stadium and the Eugene Science Center. Expect lane shifts, street closures, and traffic delays. Bicyclists should use the Day Island Road bike path, and pedestrians can use the south side of MLK, Pre’s Trail, and Leo Harris Parkway. Construction on Gilham Rd from Ayres Rd to Don Juan Ave is ongoing until December 31. The work includes installing storm sewer facilities, water quality facilities, retaining walls, ADA curb ramps, sidewalks, and paving. Detours and flaggers will be in place to manage traffic. Follow temporary traffic signs and drive carefully in the work zones.
