Why can’t I access all the content in the app?
Only paid Lookout members receive unlimited access to all our content.
Do I need to sign in?
You do not need to sign in on the app at this time. However, soon we will be moving out of the beta stage and you will be asked to sign in with a password.
I forgot my password or have not set one yet, how do I reset it?

You are welcome to share your membership within your household. You can do this by simply sharing the email address associated with your membership and your Lookout sign-in password. Since Lookout Eugene-Springfield is largely paid for by reader membership, we ask you not to share more widely.
Here’s how to do it:
- Set up your password – If you have not set a password yet, visit our sign-in page or click “Sign In” / “My Account” in the top menu of our website. Then, click “Forgot Password” and follow the steps in the password reset email.
- Share your login email and password within your household
- Read every Lookout story on any device, anywhere!
